Events and Conference

Events and Conferences provides conference facilities for college and non-college individuals and groups. Services provided include: logistical planning and consulting for event and conference organizers; audiovisual and technical coordination; catering coordination; and Summer Stays for on-campus and overnight accommodations for summer programs and camps. 

Depending on the size of your event, there are campus spaces available to fit your needs. Large events can be hosted in the Williams Conference Center, lecture halls, our gymnasium and outdoor spaces, or the historic Silverthorne Theatre. While smaller events such as business meetings can be hosted in one of our many classrooms or boardrooms.
