The Student Employment & Career Readiness Center is here to help students Do More, Experience More, and Earn More.

The Student Employment & Career Readiness Center empowers students to explore career pathways, gain meaningful work experience, develop career readiness competencies, and prepare for successful careers after graduation. Through individualized support, employer partnerships, and experiential learning opportunities, the Center helps students build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in today's workforce.

The Center promotes student employment as a high-impact learning experience that enables students to earn income while developing transferable skills, gaining professional experience, and enhancing career readiness. Students can access part-time employment opportunities on- and off-campus, explore internships and career opportunities through Handshake, and receive individualized career coaching, resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, job and internship search assistance, and career exploration support.

In addition to individual services, the Center offers career readiness workshops, networking events, employer information sessions, and career and internship fairs that connect students with employers, graduate programs, and experiential learning opportunities. Students may also participate in the Career Readiness Credential program, which recognizes the development of the professional competencies most valued by employers and prepares graduates for lifelong career success.
