Events and Conference

Events and Conferences provides comprehensive conference facilities and services for both college-affiliated and external individuals and groups. Our offerings include logistical planning and consultation for event and conference organizers; audiovisual and technical coordination; catering coordination; and summer stays, which provide on-campus and overnight accommodations for summer programs and camps.  

A variety of campus spaces are available to accommodate events of all sizes. Large gatherings may be hosted in the Williams Conference Center, lecture halls, the gymnasium, outdoor venues, or the historic Silverthorne Theatre. Smaller events, such as business meetings or workshops, can be held in one of our many classrooms or boardrooms.
