The fully online certificate program in Nursing Management & Leadership prepares graduates for careers in nursing administration roles. Completion of the certificate also assists to prepare candidates meeting additional eligibility requirements to pursue certification via examination as a Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) through the American Organization for Nursing Leadership Credentialing Center (AONL-CC) and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) Certification Corporation.
