This certificate program teaches effective concepts, skills, and attitudes of being a supervisor. Students learn practical skills in staffing, employee development, scheduling, productivity and efficiency, asset protection, communication, as well as how to monitor and influence daily operations. Case scenarios and projects provide specific application with opportunity to transfer these skills to supervision in other areas of industry.
