Retailing ITC

This certificate prepares students for a fulfilling career in retailing by introducing the concepts, skills, and practices used in the retail world.  Areas of learning include: sales skills, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, distribution channels, marketing, cash management, loss prevention, and tracking of key performance indicators. Case scenarios and projects provide specific application with opportunity to transfer these skills to other areas of retailing. 

Completion of a Technical Skills Assessment is required.
