Established in 1982, Lewis-Clark State College Coeur d'Alene Center offers 15 Bachelor Degree programs and serves as one of the lead transfer institutions of North Idaho.  Advising staff assist transfer students from North Idaho College (NIC), or any other transfer institution, whose goal is to earn a bachelor’s degree in Coeur d’Alene.  The CDA Center has a cooperative partnership with NIC to provide seamless transfer and common core completion for students who have earned an Associate’s Degree at NIC.

The CDA Center offers classes by way of evening, daytime, online, hybrid, weekend and Interactive Video Conferencing (IVC) formats to meet the needs of working professionals and traditional students alike. Online students in Region 1 receive support services from the CDA Center. The Center’s staff offers a full range of services: admission, advising, counseling, student support services, career services, disability services, and registration.  Students can also complete financial transactions and complete academic petition processes. Student organization and representation is led by the Associated Students of Lewis-Clark State College (ASLCSC). Designated Region 1 Enrollment Specialists are based out of the CDA Center.

The CDA Center is recognized as an integrated, collaborative partner of the North Idaho Consortium for Higher Education (NICHE) and higher education campus in Coeur d’Alene.  The CDA Center also participates as a member of regional boards and is active in community associations from the Coeur d’Alene/Post Falls Chambers of Commerce to the Idaho Department of Labor.
